  • When does my coffee get shipped?

  • What's in the box?

    For the filter option, you'll receive 2 varieties of coffee beans and for the espresso option, you'll receive 1 blend from new roasters every month. You'll also get a card tellin the story of the roaster behind the beans.

  • Does the coffee come as whole beans or ground?

    We only ship whole coffee beans for maximum freshness.  Once coffee beans are ground, they go stale much quicker than whole beans so we recommend grinding right before you brew.

  • Can I send a box as a gift?

    Yes! Click here to send a box as a gift.

  • Can I cancel at any time?

    We'd hate to see you go but if you wished to cancel, you can stop your subscription at anytime by logging into your account.

  • How do we choose our coffees?

    Every month we cup coffee from roasters all around Hong Kong and select our favorite for you to try.

  • Can I change my e-mail/password/shipping address/subscription?

    No problem! All of that can be changed by logging into your account.
